Commercial Litigation Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to join a national Top 40 law firm in their highly regarded Commercial Litigation team. You will be joining an established team, working closely with the Head of Department to assist with developing and growing the existing work stream, as well as nurturing team members and helping to grow the department.

This firm ranks in the Legal 500 and The Chambers for Commercial Litigation, with specialist solicitors in complex commercial disputes, director disputes, breach of warranties, IP litigation and multijurisdictional claims on behalf of businesses and individuals.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Commercial Litigator with a strong network of connections across Yorkshire, this can be either a Senior Associate/Legal Director looking to make the step up to Partner or an existing Partner looking for a career change.

• Commercial Litigation Lawyer with at least 6 years post qualification experience from a regional/national firm
• A client following would be highly advantageous
• Excellent connections and relationships
• Effective networking ability
• Commercial awareness of client and firm requirements
• Self-motivation and resourcefulness

• Competitive Basic Salary - Up to £140,000
