The London team advises on a wide range of complex, high‑value disputes, often with a significant international dimension. Matters include:

The practice is particularly well regarded for securing urgent interim remedies, including freezing injunctions, search orders, and asset recovery measures. The Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation at a comparable firm
- Strong academic background (2:1 or equivalent from a leading university)
- Experience managing complex disputes, ideally with cross‑border elements
- Excellent technical knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and ADR
- Commercially focused with strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Committed to delivering high‑quality client service and contributing to business development
