You’ll work closely with senior lawyers advising on complex strategic projects, including large-scale restructures, TUPE, outsourcing and sensitive employment issues.

The Role

  • Leading Employment Tribunal claims, predominantly acting for respondents
  • Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals and workplace disputes
  • Supporting complex restructures, redundancies and strategic reorganisation projects
  • Advising on TUPE, outsourcing and corporate transactions
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, restrictive covenants and settlement agreements
  • Advising on executive exits and sensitive reputational matters
  • Delivering client training and practical employment law advice
  • Collaborating with a national employment team on high-value client work

  • Qualified Employment Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in Employment law
  • Experience advising employer/respondent clients
