An excellent opportunity has become available with a leading Legal 500 law firm, renowned for its specialist expertise in Clinical Negligence and Healthcare Litigation. As part of the firm’s continued growth strategy, the Liverpool office is now seeking a talented Solicitor to join its well-established Clinical Negligence team. This is a rare chance to work alongside some of the UK’s most respected lawyers in the field, advising on a broad range of defendant Clinical Negligence and Health-related litigation matters.
The role will see you acting for major clients including NHS Resolution, medical defence organisations, private healthcare providers, and top-tier insurers. You’ll manage your own caseload of high-quality work, while playing an active role in the ongoing success of a dynamic, high-performing team.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-7 years’ PQE
- Previous experience in Clinical Negligence
- Experience with NHS Resolution or MDOs is highly desirable, though not essential
- Strong technical acumen and case-handling skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-led approach
- Comfortable handling both routine and complex cases
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Team-oriented with an interest in mentoring and collaboration
