About the Job
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Hull. As the Medical Negligence department expands, the firm seeks an experienced Solicitor to join their successful team.
In this role, you’ll manage a challenging caseload, handling cases from initial client instruction through to completion of fast and intermediate track cases. You will manage the entire process, including pre‑action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from initial instruction to completion.
- Oversee pre‑action investigation and litigation processes.
- Work closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes.
The Candidate
- Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (NQ – 8 years PQE)
- Experience managing own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
- Litigation experience is desirable and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal (DCP)
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
- Excellent client care skills
