A standout opportunity has arisen to join an internationally recognised Legal 500 firm, highly regarded for its expertise in Clinical Negligence and Healthcare Law. As the firm continues to grow its national Clinical Negligence practice, it is now looking to appoint a skilled Solicitor to join the team in Liverpool. You’ll work closely with industry-leading lawyers on a broad range of defendant Clinical Negligence and Health Litigation matters.
You’ll act for key clients including NHS Resolution, MDU, private healthcare providers, and medical malpractice insurers, managing your own caseload while contributing to the success of a high-performing team.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years PQE
- Experience in Clinical Negligence, personal injury, insurance litigation, or civil claims
- Experience working with NHS Resolution or MDO clients is desirable but not essential
- Excellent technical and organisational skills
- A commercial, solutions-focused mindset
- Confident managing both straightforward and complex matters
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to support and mentor junior colleagues
