This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning Top 100 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals nationwide.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Solicitor/Legal Executive to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases. You must ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meet all KPI targets set by the firm.
This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likeminded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.
The Candidate
- Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive handling own caseload (4+ years PQE)
- Litigation experience and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal
- Supervision experience is preferred but not essential
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent client care skills
