The firm acts for major insurers, healthcare providers, and medical defence organisations and is recognised for its excellence in defending complex and sensitive claims.
You will be part of a highly respected and well resourced team with a strong collaborative culture and first class support infrastructure. As a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will manage a high value caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, acting for prominent clients including NHS Resolution and MDOs. You will work alongside leading experts and experienced partners with opportunities to supervise junior lawyers, shape case strategies and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice. This role is ideal for someone seeking more leadership responsibility within a structured and supportive team environment.
The Candidate
- Solicitor with 5+ years’ post qualification experience or equivalent
- Strong background in defendant clinical negligence litigation
- Experience working with NHS Resolution and or medical defence bodies preferred
- Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and case management skills
- Able to lead, support and mentor junior colleagues
