The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning Top 100 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals nationwide.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases. You must ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meet all KPI targets set by the firm.
This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likeminded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.
The Candidate
- Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive handling own caseload (2+ years experience)
- Experience of drafting legal documentation
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent client care skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
