Senior Litigation Lawyer / Partner – Group / Class Actions – London / Hybrid – c.£200,000 salary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s most dynamic and fast-growing specialist group litigation practices.
The team focuses exclusively on representing claimants in complex, large-scale class and collective actions involving consumer harm, data protection breaches, and corporate misconduct. They have acted in landmark cases and are currently leading on a privacy breach claim, among other significant ongoing investigations.
This is an exciting stage of growth for the team, as the firm makes strategic investments in key practice areas with long-term potential. You’ll join a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment that values integrity, excellence, and innovation. The team’s structure encourages autonomy and input at all levels, and you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the practice as it expands its capabilities.
You’ll be managing technically challenging, high-value litigation, working closely with senior colleagues and external stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to both live matters and the development of new investigations, within a supportive and commercially-minded environment.
The Candidate
- Senior Litigation Lawyer (Senior Associate / Legal Director level)
- Experience managing complex, large-scale disputes, ideally group or commercial litigation
- Strong strategic, analytical, and client management skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in claimant-side, access-to-justice litigation
- Team player with excellent communication and leadership qualities
