William James Recruitment is instructed on fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s most ambitious cross-border litigation practices at a Top 50 UK firm. Our client offers an integrated, partner-led service across corporate, banking, real estate, construction, employment, pensions, dispute resolution, and more.

The Cross-Border Disputes team handles high-value, complex international litigation, including billion-pound asset recovery claims, fraud disputes, and investor/state matters. • Ambitious, collaborative, and ready to contribute to a growing international practice

The Benefits and How to Apply

  • Up to £160,000 salary (depending on experience)
  • 1500 billable hours target – balanced and realistic
  • Exposure to high-value, international disputes
  • Boutique-style, supportive environment within a listed national firm
  • Clear path to partnership, including equity options
