- 2–4 PQE Criminal Defence Solicitor (lower PQE with relevant experience will be considered)
- Full Police Station Accreditation (essential)
- Duty Solicitor Accreditation (essential)

- Strong advocacy, case-management, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and support a Director on sensitive, high-profile matters
