The Intellectual Property team is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Senior Associate to handle IP disputes and litigation, including:
- Trade marks and passing off
- Copyright and design rights
- Patents
- Brand protection, IP enforcement, and infringement claims
- Drafting and negotiating licensing, franchise, sponsorship, naming rights, and IP exploitation agreements
The successful candidate will work directly with partners and a talented team of Associates, handling high-profile matters across sports, fashion, and brand sectors. You will take ownership of cases, supervise junior team members, and contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.
The Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience in IP disputes/litigation
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
- Proven client-facing skills
- Experience advising on high-value, complex IP matters
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior colleagues
