A leading, well-established law firm with a strong reputation in healthcare litigation is looking to appoint a Clinical Negligence Senior Solicitor to join its growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Senior Solicitor to work within a specialist defendant healthcare litigation practice acting for major healthcare providers, insurers and public sector organisations on a wide range of complex and high-value clinical negligence matters in London.
You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team handling high-quality work with strong support, genuine progression opportunities and involvement in client development activity.
- Managing litigated and pre-litigated defendant clinical negligence claims
- Investigating claims to assess liability and quantum
- Instructing counsel and medical experts
- Ensuring accurate case progression, deadlines and compliance
- Supporting business development, training and client initiatives
- Assisting with supervision and mentoring where appropriate
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
Experience in clinical negligence or healthcare litigation
Strong understanding of CPR and litigation processes
Strong analytical skills, particularly with medical evidence
Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience
