Job Description Childcare Solicitor – Hertfordshire – Salary up to £62,000 REF 594123TB The Role Superb opportunity to join a modern and forward-thinking law firm that offers specialist legal advice across family matters, wealth or asset preservation and inheritance planning. Due to continuing success of opening new offices in Hertfordshire, they are looking to add a Care Solicitor. The caseload will include Care proceedings, Deprivation of Liberty applications, Secure Order applications, Special Guardianship Orders, and Adoption. Law Society Children Law Accreditation is an advantage, but not essential, as consideration will be given to those who have aspirations to obtain Accreditation within the next 12 months. The candidate should have a proven track record in this area of law and experience of working within a care team.
