Due to the growth of their Clinical Negligence department, they are seeking a dedicated Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a range of complex claims, including both pre- and post-litigated cases, and contribute to the team’s success. In this role, you’ll handle cases from start to finish, investigating liability, assessing quantum, instructing medical experts and settlements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Clinical Negligence experience, with a proven ability to manage their own caseload independently. A deep understanding of the complexities involved in Clinical Negligence claims, including liability and quantum assessment, is essential. The Candidate
- Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ - 10 years PQE)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Clinical Negligence
- Experience of handling their own caseload
- Litigation experience is preferred
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent client care skills
