A highly regarded and expanding law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Chester. The Role:

  • Supporting fee earners across a varied caseload of Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, and general Dispute Resolution matters
  • Assisting with the preparation of court documents, pleadings, and bundles for Litigation proceedings
  • Handling new enquiries and supporting case progression within the Dispute Resolution team
  • Attending client meetings, mediations, and court hearings, taking detailed notes
  • Acting as a key point of contact in the absence of fee earners, managing communications effectively
  • Drafting correspondence and providing client updates across Litigation matters
  • Supporting the progression of cases through proactive and organised file management

The Candidate:

  • A Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year's experience in Litigation / Dispute Resolution
  • Experience across Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, and/or general civil disputes required
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience using case management systems
  • A proactive and motivated individual with a genuine interest in Litigation and career progression
  • Based within commutable distance of Chester, or willing to relocate
