A highly regarded and expanding law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Chester. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious Paralegal with at least 1 year of Litigation experience to join a forward-thinking firm offering high-quality work, genuine progression opportunities, and a supportive team environment. The Role:
- Supporting fee earners across a varied caseload of Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, and general Dispute Resolution matters
- Assisting with the preparation of court documents, pleadings, and bundles for Litigation proceedings
- Handling new enquiries and supporting case progression within the Dispute Resolution team
- Attending client meetings, mediations, and court hearings, taking detailed notes
- Acting as a key point of contact in the absence of fee earners, managing communications effectively
- Drafting correspondence and providing client updates across Litigation matters
- Supporting the progression of cases through proactive and organised file management
The Candidate:
- A Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year's experience in Litigation / Dispute Resolution
- Experience across Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, and/or general civil disputes required
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Experience using case management systems
- A proactive and motivated individual with a genuine interest in Litigation and career progression
- Based within commutable distance of Chester, or willing to relocate
