The firm’s award-winning Will’s Trust and Probate team, ranked in the Legal 500, is recruiting a senior-level Contentious Probate Solicitor to work alongside existing partners and advise a vast number of Hertfordshire clients as well as HNWI in London and across the UK.
The successful candidate will bring the expertise to manage a varied and high-quality caseload of inheritance, trust and estate disputes.
The Candidate- Minimum 5 years PQE as a Contentious Probate Solicitor
- Member of ACTAPS - Not Essential but advantageous
- A good understanding of the Inheritance Act
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Generous annual leave plus Bank Holidays (dependent on starting level)
