The Role

This highly regarded national firm seeks to build on the continued success of their commercial services teams, with this key, senior level hire.

This opportunity is well-suited to an ambitious Lawyer who seeks to progress their career with a highly regarded firm, noted for excellent culture.

The successful candidate will play a key role within a growing, Birmingham-based, Commercial offering, working alongside Partners and senior colleagues to promote the growth of the wider business.

They service OMB and SME clients, across the UK, focusing on:

• Drafting bespoke IP contracts
• Acting on corporate transactions
• Pursuing and defending IP claims

The Candidate

• A senior Intellectual Property lawyer, with experience gained at a reputable regional or national firm
• A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth
• Enthusiasm for business development and continued professional development
• Those at the Senior Associate level seeking a step up are also invited to apply
