Join a well-established law firm known for providing top-tier legal advice to both businesses and individuals. As the firm’s Personal Injury expands, they are looking to appoint an experienced Complex Injury Fee Earner to manage a caseload of pre and post litigated caseload comprising of RTA and EL/PL claims.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of experience as an RTA or EL/PL Claims Handler, with strong knowledge of litigation, CPR Rules, and Court procedures. Experience of managing Intermediate / Multi-Track claims is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
With a steady stream of new instructions, the firm seeks a motivated, technically proficient Fee Earner who can build client relationships and deliver an outstanding level of service.
The Candidate
- Experience managing a caseload of RTA, Credit Hire or EL/PL claims
- Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Litigation experience
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
