This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning Top 100 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals nationwide.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Legal Executive to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases. Experience of handling birth injury / maternity claims is also preferred.
- Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive handling own caseload (NQ - 8 years PQE)
- Litigation experience and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal
- Supervision experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
Competitive basic salary, up to £75,000, depending on experience.
