The Role:
- Assisting on a wide range of commercial litigation matters including contractual and commercial disputes
- Supporting cases across litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
- Exposure to professional negligence, injunctions and reputation management issues
- Involvement in contentious insolvency and public law-related disputes
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
- Gradually developing responsibility for managing your own caseload
- Delivering commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
- Collaborating with colleagues across national and international offices
The Candidate:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with a seat in commercial litigation or disputes
- Exposure to contentious work through training contract or prior experience
