An international legal consultancy is seeking an Entrepreneurial Commercial Property Partner to their firm as part of their Real Estate team. With newly refurbished Manchester offices and fully flexible remote working, this is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer to further build and scale their practice whilst retaining significantly more of their billings.

The Candidate:

  • Commercial Property Partner or Senior Real Estate Lawyer with Partner aspirations
  • Typically 6+ PQE
  • Minimum client following of £250,000
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially minded
  • A recognised specialist with an established market reputation

The Financial Package:

  • Retain 70% of billings up to £375,000
  • Retain 75% of billings between £375,000 and £550,000
  • Retain 90% of billings above £550,000
  • Additional referral income through internal cross-selling opportunities
  • £3,000 start-up fee, recovered over six months once billing commences
  • Uncapped earning potential
