An opportunity has opened at a respected Top Tier Legal 500 firm with a strong national presence. The firm is growing and is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor (6+ PQE) to help lead and develop the department.
The Candidate
- Court of Protection Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (6+ years PQE)
- Highly experienced in handling complex and high-value Court of Protection matters
- Litigation experience would be preferred, but is not essential
- Experience in setting up Personal Injury Trusts and making applications for statutory wills, gifts would be advantageous
- Leadership skills (in particular supervision of junior staff)
- Excellent organisation, time-management and client care skills
