Building on this success, the firm is now investing in the growth of its Preston office, following the recent appointment of a highly experienced Corporate Partner to lead the practice locally.

As part of this strategic expansion, the firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to play a key role in developing the Preston corporate offering, supported by the strength, infrastructure and client base of the wider firm. The role will involve a broad range of high-quality corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory matters. Matters will be generated both locally and through referrals from the established wider teams.

This opportunity will suit an ambitious corporate lawyer seeking a platform to help build a practice from an early stage, while benefiting from the stability, reputation and resources of a well-established firm.
