A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Conveyancing Executive to join its growing residential property team in the West Midlands, either hybrid or remote working. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Conveyancing Executive in the West Midlands to step into a busy, well-supported environment with a strong pipeline of work.
The Role
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
- Delivering high standards of client care throughout the transaction process
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm processes
- Supporting junior team members where required
- Contributing to team performance and continued growth
The Candidate
- Experienced Conveyancing Executive or Fee Earner
- Strong background in residential property matters
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Solid technical knowledge across conveyancing transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
