A highly regarded, top-tier UK law firm is seeking to appoint a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Birmingham office as part of a strategic expansion within its Disputes practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and ambitious team, offering the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of a highly regarded Real Estate Litigation practice. You will work alongside an established team of Partners and senior lawyers, advising a diverse and high-quality client base across a broad range of sectors, including commercial landlords, developers, investors, and owner-managed businesses.
The team handles a wide range of complex and high-quality disputes, including:
- Commercial landlord & tenant disputes
- Development-related disputes
- Boundary disputes, rights of way, and easements
- Dilapidations claims
- General property litigation matters
The Candidate
- A Real Estate Litigation Solicitor with circa 1+ years’ PQE Associate through to Principal Associate level
- Strong technical experience across a range of property litigation matters
- Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm, ideally within the West Midlands market
- A solid grounding in traditional real estate / property disputes
- Commercially aware, with strong client-handling and communication skills
- An interest in business development and contributing to team growth
