This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading fraud team within a highly regarded and long-established legal practice. The team is one of the largest in the UK, acting for major household-name insurers and specialising in defending complex and high-volume fraudulent motor claims. Known for its collaborative and down-to-earth culture, the team combines legal excellence with innovation, using strategic and analytical approaches to combat emerging fraud trends.

In this role, you will manage a litigated caseload of suspected fraudulent insurance claims from inception through to resolution. The work will include handling a wide variety of matters such as staged accidents, bogus passenger claims, induced collisions, credit hire fraud, and organised fraud rings.

You will take full ownership of your files, developing litigation strategies, analysing evidence, liaising with clients, and where appropriate, undertaking advocacy. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to complex and high-value fraud matters, alongside the opportunity to contribute to strategic fraud prevention initiatives.
