I’m working with a well-regarded Tier 1 Ranked Legal 500 law firm, recognised for its specialist expertise and commitment to providing high-quality legal services to both businesses and individuals. As the firm’s Industrial Disease department continues to expand, they are now seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a growing caseload involving Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Short Tail claims, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss cases.

In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of complex disease-related cases, including investigating quantum and liability, drafting and reviewing documentation, and reviewing relevant records. You will work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality work, while developing your skills and experience within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role provides excellent training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.

The Candidate

  • Paralegal with experience assisting on or managing a caseload of disease files
  • Strong understanding of the litigation process

  • Strong academic background
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage a diverse caseload
