The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases
- Supporting development projects and more complex commercial transactions
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Working closely with senior lawyers on high-value matters
- Acting for developers, investors and occupiers across multiple sectors
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development initiatives in Birmingham City Centre
The Candidate:
- 2–5 PQE Solicitor with strong Commercial Property experience
- Solid technical grounding across a range of commercial property matters
- Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
