This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Paralegal in Bristol to work within a Legal 500-recognised practice, supporting experienced solicitors on high-quality, privately funded matters.
You will join a specialist firm known for its compassionate, client-first approach and strong track record of developing paralegals into qualified lawyers. As a Family Paralegal in Bristol, you will gain hands-on exposure to complex family law work and clear progression opportunities within a collaborative, multi-office environment.
The Role:
- Supporting solicitors on divorce, financial remedy and private children matters
- Assisting with file progression from instruction through to conclusion
- Drafting legal documents, court applications and correspondence
- Preparing court bundles and hearing documentation
- Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and third parties
- Conducting legal research and assisting on complex matters
- Providing administrative and case support across the team
- Delivering excellent client care throughout
