The Role
This firm is a growing Bristol-based employment practice, advising an impressive list of clients within financial services, healthcare and commercial sectors. Recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners as one of the best law firms in the South-West in various practice areas, this is an excellent opportunity to play a meaningful role in a growing practice, with longstanding relationships on an international scale.
You will undertake a varied workload of employment matters, involving complex whistleblowing, discrimination and breach of contract litigation. The team offers a wide range of legal services for businesses, and prides themselves on their ability to handle any situation.
The Candidate
- Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years of post qualification experience
- Must have experience acting on tribunal claims and other contentious matters
- A high level of commerciality, with excellent time management, and the ability to offer practical advice
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Seeking a new challenge within a quality practice
