The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE, ideally at Partner level
- Deep expertise in rural and agricultural property law
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong business development skills and a network in the sector

- Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
