We're looking for a commercially minded Territory Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. Covering a territory across the North West and Midlands, you'll be responsible for developing existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities within premium hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out with customers, spotting opportunities and building long‑term partnerships with chefs, owners and operators.
What you'll be doing:
- Growing sales and margin within an established customer portfolio
- Winning new premium hospitality customers
- Building trusted relationships with chefs and hospitality operators
- Identifying opportunities to expand product categories and increase share of wallet
- Managing your own territory, pipeline and customer activity using CRM
- Working closely with our procurement, operations and customer service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What we're looking for:
- You’ll ideally have experience in field sales, territory sales or account management
- A proven track record of growing existing customers and winning new business
- Experience working with hospitality customers
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with the confidence to engage at all levels
- A full UK driving licence
Experience within foodservice or food wholesale would be an advantage, but most importantly you'll be passionate about hospitality, commercially driven and motivated by delivering results.
Location: To make the territory manageable, we're looking for candidates who are based within the North West or nearby Midlands, ideally within the following postcode areas: L, ST, CH, CW, WN, WA or TF.
