We're seeking an organised and detail‐oriented Account Manager to join a passionate, fast‐paced, commercially focused team. Here, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth of Belazu's Casual Dining Channel, ensuring the needs of both our customers and internal business are met.
What You Will Do
- Drive sales through a targeted customer list
- Maintain account plans of key customers, sales forecasts and margin management
- Manage New Product Development projects
- Maintain and analyse our Customer Relationship Management system
- Produce grouped communication for Exec Chefs, Buyers, Planners & technical teams
- Send Innovation boxes to Exec Chefs and other stakeholders
- Organise customer meetings and food development sessions
- Support customer visits to Head Office and other locations off‐site
- Provide quotes on new business for the Channel Leads
- Act as deputy when the Commercial Lead is away
- Will also actively contribute to the wider Belazu community, including our commitment to safety and B‐Corp status.

- Understanding of sales delivery and forecasting
- Comfortability using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other digital tools
- Confidence when engaging across different stakeholders, both internally and externally, including presenting and building rapport
- Capable of working under pressure and proactively managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
- Enthusiasm to learn and improve, and ability to take the initiative and ownership, whilst demonstrating integrity, reliability and a strong commitment to quality standards
Qualifications
Whilst a degree and previous exposure to Casual Dining is preferred, we will consider all candidates with relevant transferable skills or equivalent experience.
