We have a portfolio of five food businesses employing over 2,000 people. Our main sites include three bread plants in Hull, a second bakery specializing in premium rolls, and a recent investment in Corby, Northamptonshire.

What\'s involved?
A key member of the Supply Chain team, responsible for financial management, insights, and process improvements to drive business profitability and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as finance business partner and advisor to Supply Chain managers, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met.
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational accounts and KPIs, providing variance analysis and commentary.
- Support forecasting processes with accurate, timely data for decision-making.
- Educate the Supply Chain team on cost levers and financial impacts of decisions.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvements through data analysis and reporting.
- Analyze results against budgets and forecasts, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Build relationships with non-finance managers, communicating financial concepts clearly.
- Conduct ad hoc investigations, reports, and financial propositions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line management.
- Competitive hourly rate paid every 4 weeks.
- 6.6 weeks holiday, increasing to 7 weeks with 5 years\' service.
