You will be responsible for the internal communications across our group of businesses, working at our Group Office, creating engaging material to share with circa. 2,000 colleagues and family shareholders. Designing posters, booklets, using both print and online methods, working with a variety of stakeholders to provide compelling and accurate communications which embody our Group Values. Key projects include designing a colleague welcome booklet, writing content for our internal portal, including creating business banners, poster designs and accompanying material for our internal events and colleague benefit offering. Attending all group-wide events to create engaging content to share both internally with colleagues and externally on our social media profiles. You will be responsible for managing the full social content of the William Jackson Food Group brand and sharing all of the good stuff we are doing, whilst also liaising with our nominated external printers to ensure quality communication products are created each time. What Were Looking For in our Interim Internal Comms Lead: Design Experience : proficient in the Adobe creative suite, and Photoshop, gained through a creative degree, BTEC qualification, or work experience. Passion for Engagement : A genuine enthusiasm for internal communications and colleague engagement. Exceptional Communication Skills : Both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with colleagues at all levels. Organisational Skills : Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in this hands-on role. Location : This is a part time, 22.5 hours a week, 6-month contract role based in Hessle, on the outskirts of Hull. Ideally, youll be located in the Hull, East Riding, or North East Lincs area, as you will be required to be in office for some of your working week.
