You will have experience working with young people and families within a safeguarding and child protection environment and will be able to work adaptively and flexibly across our school.
As the Safeguarding Officer, you will have a strong understanding of our school culture and community and will work with the wider Safeguarding team to safeguard and protect the young people and staff. You will support staff to carry out their safeguarding duties and act in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education legislation, taking responsibility for child protection.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual. Experience of working with young people and families within a safeguarding and child protection environment is required.
All candidates must undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and shortlisted candidates will be subject to an online check.
