Job description

We are evoke, one of the world\’s leading betting and gaming companies. The Group owns and operates internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green.

We\’re looking for a Supplier Manager (UK based) to provide strategic and delivery capability around how we generate value with & from our third party partners. This role reports into the Head of Supplier Management, siting in the Procurement team – which operates within the evoke Finance function and are responsible for the management of all third party spend across the evoke group.

This role will be accountable for managing relationships with identified evoke suppliers to ensure best practice delivery of commercial, contractual, risk & relationship requirements. You\’ll work within a small team of supplier managers and, alongside business stakeholders,

What you will be doing:

  • You will be responsible for supplier performance, contract management and continuous improvement
  • Working closely with the wider Procurement team to improve commercial discipline and embed supplier management into sourcing strategy and execution
  • Building and maintaining good and productive supplier relationships
  • Acting as conduit and single point of contact for identified suppliers
  • Tracking supplier performance against contractual KPIs & SLAs within a structured framework
  • Anticipate, identify and resolve supplier performance issues in conjunction with business stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement, grow supplier value delivery and the supplier experience of evoke Support supplier lifecycle and potential risk & compliance activities as required.

  • Experience of Supplier Management delivery best practice – across a global and disparate supply base
  • Ability to work at pace, in conditions of ambiguity and across multiple priorities, you\’ll have an excellent understanding of supplier performance metrics, contracting terms and procurement process
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with Clear and concise communications skills
  • Data driven and pragmatic decision making with experience of supplier performance tools. Project Management skills/experience and/or Procurement structured training beneficial.
