The ERP Transformation team is a well-established delivery and support function responsible for shaping, implementing, and continuously improving the organisation’s Oracle ERP capability. The team is led by the Head of Finance Systems and works closely with Finance, Shared Services, Technology, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to ensure Oracle Fusion solutions are delivered in line with operational needs, governance expectations, and transformation priorities.
The team operates across three core pillars of activity: Oracle Business Analysis, Oracle Functional and Technical Execution, and Oracle Maintenance and BAU Support. Together, these pillars provide end-to-end ownership across the Oracle Fusion transformation lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to design, build, testing, deployment, adoption, stabilisation, and ongoing optimisation.
Based in Leeds or London, this role will sit between the three delivery pillars and report directly to the Head of Finance Systems.

- Acting as the senior Finance Systems lead for Oracle Fusion demand, prioritisation, change planning and stakeholder engagement
- Owning the Finance Systems change pipeline, ensuring clear ownership, prioritisation and appropriate routing of work across BAU, small changes and larger projects
- Challenging and simplifying complex or duplicated requests by promoting standard Oracle capabilities and efficient process solutions
- Overseeing Finance system changes, including Chart of Accounts updates, ensuring robust approvals, impact assessments and audit trails
- Identifying and evaluating new Oracle capabilities, partnering with Finance to drive valuable enhancements into the change pipeline
- Owning and assuring the quality of Finance UAT, business acceptance, training and organisational readiness
- Coordinating and governing cross-functional delivery to ensure Finance change is delivered with strong controls, compliance, audit evidence and a seamless service.
