As part of our Commercial & Customer Analytics function, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our International Gaming business.
Working across multiple brands and markets, you'll transform complex data into commercial insight, influence senior stakeholders, and help optimise customer performance through data-driven decision making.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on analytics with strategic leadership in a collaborative, high-performing team where your expertise will have a real impact.

- What you will be doing
- Lead commercial gaming analytics across our International business, delivering insights that drive growth and improve performance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise analytical initiatives and provide trusted recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
- Analyse customer behaviour, promotions, bonusing and marketing performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Measure the impact of commercial initiatives against business objectives and budgets, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
- Act as the analytics lead across multiple markets, developing expertise in brand performance and regulatory environments.
- Work closely with offshore analytics teams, providing direction and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of analytical outputs.
- Shape the development of centralised reporting and dashboard solutions to improve business visibility and decision making.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to improve commercial performance, collaborating with teams across the wider Analytics function.

- Proven experience in commercial or customer analytics, ideally within online gaming or i Gaming, with excellent SQL and data visualisation skills and experience using Python or similar analytical tools..
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with large datasets, customer segmentation, promotions and marketing analytics in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- A curious, collaborative and proactive analyst with excellent communication skills and experience leading workstreams or coordinating analytical delivery across teams.
