Here at evoke plc, we’re looking for a Leeds-based Agile Delivery Manager to act as a driver between the initial concept or requirement and the final functional product or service. You’ll be responsible for 2-3 development teams, leading them through a collaborative and iterative journey to deliver solutions that meet user needs and drive business value on a committed timeline. Whether this work is part of a project or product roadmap, you’ll utilise your skillset to ensure successful delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Working closely with teams and stakeholders, you’ll take initial concepts, user stories or product improvement ideas. You’ll break these down into achievable milestones with the teams, ensuring clarity, plans and alignment with the overall project or product roadmap.
- Championing Agile methodologies, even within projects.
- Facilitating short, iterative development cycles, ensuring teams deliver functional features frequently and gather valuable user feedback.
- Fostering a collaborative environment; you’ll work closely with various teams outside of your own development teams (design, compliance, marketing etc) to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process.
- Embracing change; you’ll navigate unexpected challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure teams adapt to evolving requirements or technical complexities.
- Successfully delivering assigned projects or product features. You’ll monitor progress to ensure teams meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
- Keeping everyone informed of progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones, ensuring transparency, and managing expectations.
