In this pivotal role, you will help shape and deliver reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the globe.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive compensation-related activities, including merit increases and bonuses, ensuring they align with organisational goals and compensation philosophy.
  • Ensure that all compensation activities, strategies, and decisions remain compliant with internal policies, external regulations, and governance frameworks.
  • Use research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards and market trends, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Hold responsibility over the approach to job evaluation and benchmarking exercises, ensuring roles are appropriately graded and that pay structures remain competitive.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of annual data and compliance reports, including salary surveys, gender pay reporting, and other relevant compensation-related reporting requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of compensation, salary structures, bonus plans, flexible benefits, and reward benchmarking.
  • Lead the annual compensation cycle across the Group, collaborating with local People teams to ensure alignment and consistency with compensation frameworks.
