Here at evoke plc, we’re seeking a fully qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) FP&A Finance Manager, experienced in business partnering, project management, and working with senior stakeholders. You’ll have a proven ability to lead through change, build relationships, and adapt in dynamic and changing environments. Our FP&A team is responsible for forecasting, reporting and analysing Group performance covering the entire P&L, cash flow and initiatives. The FP&A function is a centralised function allowing visibility across the entire Group with a significant amount of exposure to senior stakeholders including the CFO.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning Group P&L consolidation and Management Accounts reporting/pack
  • Delivering ExCo and Board performance analysis
  • Leading opex reporting and cost performance tracking
  • Ensuring data consistency across systems and reporting outputs
  • Driving improvements in months-end close and working with CoE on Flash improvement and variances analysis
  • Supporting ERP/EPM workstreams and other transformation projects
  • Proactively leading and coaching the Centre of Excellence (COE) in Manila to drive efficiencies
  • Challenging the status-quo and bringing new ideas to the business while mentoring and supporting junior team members

Who we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years PQE, qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA with advanced Excel / Oracle skills
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills; ability to create strong relationships with key internal financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Project management skills in coordinating information with numerous stakeholders
  • Experience of exposure with senior stakeholders (CoE is an advantage)
