Introduction
Are you ready to be at the heart of a high-energy, sports-mad team delivering one of the most exciting transformations in online betting?
We\'re on the hunt for a Football & Sports Manger to join our William Hill Online Commercial team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our football and wider sports offering, with a focus on strategy, performance, and profitability.
You\'ll be working at the beating heart of our commercial engine, contributing to the growth of our flagship football proposition and expanding our presence across tennis, golf, boxing, and NFL.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the Head of Football & Sports to deliver a strategy to initiate commercial success.
- You will co-own the P&L with the Football & Sports team, collaborating with Customer Rewards to balance offers and profitability.
- A big focus on growing our \'other sports\' vertical as part of this in tennis, golf, boxing & NFL.
- Understanding of customer value & how we can deliver below the line generosity to grow, nurture & retain our base
- Analysis and reporting of our Propositions - working with Commercial Finance & Bl to understand performance & create actionable strategy to move KVD\'s
- Working closely with Trading to optimise our margin-based promotional strategy across football & sports, and the Campaign and Marketing teams on the short-term propositions calendar & maximising impact.
- Liaise with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure effective implementation of propositions across online and weekly presentations of propositions plan and performance.
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure that Propositions are communicated and executed within the Channel effectively.

- Have Experience of working in sports betting, with commercial or trading preferred.
- Have knowledge and understanding of competitor product set and company with understanding of online customer experience
- Have validated experience of working across multiple functions and stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and instigate business decisions
- Be commercially minded, with an understanding of how to relate proposition offerings, to customer engagement and ultimately commercial performance
