We're looking for a visionary leader to take on one of the most pivotal roles in our organisation. This is your opportunity to reimagine player safety not just as a regulatory obligation, but as a commercial lever that drives growth, enhances customer experience, and secures our future. In this Group-wide role, you will own the global player safety strategy, embedding it across all brands and markets. Your mission? To architect real-time, intelligent safety experiences that increase profitability, reduce friction, and strengthen regulatory resilience - all while ensuring our customers are protected and empowered.

You'll partner directly with the Executive Committee, Managing Directors, and Commercial Leaders to align safety initiatives with business outcomes, drive innovation through technology, and transform compliance from cost centre to competitive advantage. This is more than a job - it's a chance to lead an industry-defining transformation.

What you will be doing:

  • Set the Group-wide player safety strategy and customer experience agenda, defining priorities that align with the Group's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Establish the long-term vision for player safety as a commercial differentiator and ensure alignment with Board and Executive Committee direction.
  • Carry shared responsibility for reducing annual EBITDA impact of player safety, ensuring measurable financial outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives that reduce compliance-related friction, prevent revenue leakage, and deliver measurable improvements to profitability.
  • Lead the transformation of player safety from a compliance-driven cost centre to a strategic, technology-enabled growth lever.
  • Partner with Managing Directors and Commercial leadership in each market to embed player safety into growth strategies.
  • Act as the Group's senior representative with regulators (UKGC, Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner, MGA, and others), ensuring proactive and transparent engagement.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a player safety team and foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, precision, and transformation readiness.

Who we are looking for:

We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply to this post, you will:

  • Have an advanced degree in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • Have experience of cross-functional collaboration with commercial, product, and compliance teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Have extensive understanding of gambling regulatory frameworks, including player safety, AML, KYC, affordability, and licensing across UK and international markets.
  • Have advanced ability to use data, metrics, and modelling to optimise decision-making and prioritisation.

What we offer:

Our roles offer more than just a job, you'll become part of the evoke family! We have created an environment where our people can thrive. Check out some of the fantastic benefits on offer:

  • Financial: Competitive salary, pension, and bonus schemes.
  • Hybrid working: Our Gibraltar-based employees can work from home up to 80% of the time with 20% of office time built in to ensure we get some face-to-face collaborative team time.
  • Holiday entitlement: Your 25 days holiday is topped up by 12 bank holidays.
  • Family Support: Industry-leading maternity and paternity leave and paid time off if you have caring responsibilities.
  • Life assurance: Safeguarding your financial future and offering peace of mind.
  • Perks and discounts: Discounts at a range of high-street retailers.
  • Healthcare: We prioritise your health and well-being, offering comprehensive healthcare benefits.
  • Health & wellbeing: Tools and services to help support your well-being, including support with mental health and financial education.
