William Hill is recruiting a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face in our Wishaw shop. You’ll welcome customers, process bets, assist with queries and show customers how to use betting terminals.
You’ll build relationships with local customers, champion safer gambling at all times, and support shop managers with opening/closing, displays and rota-based shifts across 8am–10pm including weekends. Age 18+ required.
