At evoke, we’re building a next-generation, AI-first creative studio where ideas are crafted, refined and brought to life across every channel. As a Video & Sound Editor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the final output of our campaigns - bringing together visuals, motion and audio to create polished, high-impact video content. Working within a multi-disciplinary creative team, you’ll ensure every piece of content is engaging, technically precise and ready for distribution across a wide range of platforms. Blending creative judgement with modern editing tools and AI-assisted workflows, you’ll elevate campaign storytelling through expert pacing, sound design and post-production craft. If you’re passionate about editing, storytelling and creating content that resonates across multiple formats, this is your opportunity to help define the final quality of next-generation campaigns at evoke. This role is available in Leeds and London.

What you will be doing:

  • Edit campaign video content across formats including brand films, TV commercials, social media, digital advertising and promotional content.
  • Assemble footage, motion graphics and creative assets into cohesive, engaging final outputs that bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Shape pacing, storytelling flow and visual rhythm to enhance clarity and audience impact.
  • Integrate voiceovers, dialogue, sound effects and music to create immersive and engaging audio experiences.
  • Develop and refine sound design, ensuring audio is balanced, consistent and optimised for different platforms.
  • Prepare and deliver final video outputs, ensuring assets meet technical specifications across broadcast, digital and social channels.
  • Collaborate with Motion & Video Designers, Creative Leads, Art Directors and Writers to maintain creative intent and alignment across campaigns.
  • Use AI-assisted tools and evolving workflows to enhance post-production efficiency and improve output quality.

Who we are looking for:

We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply to this post, you will have:

  • Experience as a Video Editor, Post-Production Editor or similar, delivering content within a creative, agency or marketing environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality video editing work across advertising, campaign or promotional content.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and audio editing software, with experience across editing, finishing and post-production.
  • Understanding of sound design, audio mixing and voiceover integration, along with familiarity using AI-assisted editing tools.
