What you will be doing:

  • Leading the coordination and resolution of major incidents, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder management and timely communications.
  • Chairing major incident calls and coordinating cross-functional teams to minimise business disruption and restore services efficiently.
  • Managing incident escalation processes in line with organisational governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting post-incident reviews, performing root cause analysis and driving remediation activities through to completion.
  • Owning and continuously enhancing the Incident Management framework, processes, controls and reporting capabilities.
  • Analysing incident data, trends and risk indicators to identify recurring issues, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Producing executive dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership, Executive Committees and Risk Committees.
  • Supporting Business Continuity and Operational Resilience activities, including maintaining continuity frameworks, coordinating testing exercises and promoting resilience best practices across the organisation.

Who we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating Incident Management activities within a complex operational or technology environment, including major incident response and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience identifying trends, producing management information, and delivering executive-level insights through dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, facilitate post-incident reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • A solid understanding of risk management, operational resilience, business continuity, and governance frameworks, with experience supporting resilience planning, testing, and compliance requirements.
